Here's something that you young cats, and even you not so young cats can definitely benefit from...Concord Records has readied Genius: The Ultimate Ray Charles Collection for an April 7th release. The LP is 21 tracks deep of what is considered by some to be Charles' greatest works. One such song is "Hit The Road Jack", which got prominent play in the Christopher Lloyd, Michael Keaton masterpiece "The Dream Team". Check out that video and more info below.

I started teaching a kid this on piano today. Youtube is the most important innovation in music teaching in the last XX years, no shit. Its how kids listen to music. They watch it on youtube. Amazing. If you want to get a kid into a new band you can be like "well you like arctic monkeys, but check this band out" and boom they are instant Strokes fans.
