They recently took to the House of Blues stage (in L.A.) as part of the hurriedly booked tour (itinerary below) they've embarked on in the wake of cancellation of the Aerosmith tour that they were going to share. Guitarist Slash (Velvet Revolver, ex Guns N' Roses) and John Mayer joined that "Little Ol' Band From Texas" ZZ Top on Friday, August 21st at the House Of Blues in West Hollywood, California to perform the classic songs 'LaGrange' and 'Tush'.
