Video: The Capital Sound perform on State Street (2007)

The Madison Scouts Drum and Bugle Corps finished up their season this weekend ranking 15th out of 22 in Drums Corps International. But the Scouts aren't the only Drums and Bugle Corps in our talented city. Capital Sound took the year off from competition in order to strengthen operations, but that didn't stop the corp from doing some small tours around the region including a march up State Street in late July.
