Os Say Hi são a criação de Eric Elbogen e editam anualmente desde 2002, tendo falhado em 2003. O disco de 2009 chama-se "Oohs & Aahs". As suas edições têm sido acarinhadas pelas rádios universitárias norte-americanas e com este último disco não houve excepção, tendo a sua edição pela Barsuk Records ajudado que os sons deste nova-iorquino chegassem a mais gente.
