Pearl Jam's Eddie Vedder and Bruce Springsteen have become very good friends over the years. The mutual admiration they have for each other definitely showed when Eddie paid tribute to Bruce by covering Springsteen's "My City of Ruins" at the Kennedy Center Honors on December 6, 2009.
