Beach House were one of the many acts brought to ATP in Minehead this past weekend by Animal Collective, delivering, what we have to assume, was a solid set of cuts from Teen Dream and Devotion. The band also trotted out a new jam, and thanks to YouTube, it is above for you to hear. Like the stuff off Teen Dream, it has a faster tempo, and it's got an indeliable hook: "All we do is talk" is sure to end up in reviews when the group's new album comes to fruition. [ P4K [...]

I'll never turn down a mysterious new Beach House track, and this one (like most) finds that soulful groove the band forged so perfectly on Teen Dream. I haven't heard any new-album rumblings yet, but any new music is a good sign. This one actually might give you some chillz. [ Via GvB ]

Was there any doubt it was going to be amazing?

The promoters who organized ATP Minehead had a stroke of genius when they decided to tap Animal Collective as guest curators for this year's festivities, which went down May 13th-15th.  While they're beloved fan favorites on their own, AnCo's presence at the festival undoubtedly had some impact on the acts they chose to perform.  For the second time (that we have documentation of) in just a few months, Beach House used their set to debut a new song. Looks like Atlas Sound wasn't the only band debuting new material at this past weeks ATP Festival. Beach House also joined in debuting a brand new as of now untitled track which you can hear in the live performance above. Sounds good, I hope these two are working on a new full-length. Feels like it's been a while.
