The Airplane Boys are a electro- hip hop duo from Toronto Canada that have been on our radar here at The Archetype for a little while now. The Group (composed of MC'S Bon Voyage and Beck Motley) have created a sound that really embraces the "mainstream" market. Their songs contain a lot of genre mixing sounds, catchy hooks and potent lyrics that, matched with their edgy style and their incredible visuals provided by the Beau Monde Collective, makes for a very dope, very marketable band. For those who haven't heard of The Airplane Boys yet, they are a hiphop group coming straight from Toronto, Canada. Not to streamline them but their songs give a ton of vibes to fellow Canadian Drake along with The Weeknd, where ILLANGELO had his hand in producing this whole project that they have just put out. After giving it a quick listen there are some tracks that definitely show a lot of promise but at the same time there are some that I couldn't really get into at all. There's just something about Canada and new, interesting music. The first time I heard The Airplane Boys was their video for " Sleep " which I woke up to one morning and was late for class after watching it 10+ times.
