Though I've spent less time with Mark Linkous' music than other people, the news on Sunday that he had taken his own life has been a horrible bummer. Aside from wondering why, it made me think of 2001's It's A Wonderful Life , the first record of his that I bought back in high school. Do you think that title was sardonic? I hope not.
