Video: Red Drapes - Reflection (full colour)

Die Welle an Bands, die sich der Re-Re-Animierung von dunklen 80er Gitarren verschrieben haben, reißt einfach nicht ab. Nun gibt es beispielsweise die Red Drapes aus London , die sich vor allem die Psychedelic Furs als Vorbild gesucht haben. Dies wird an ihrem aktuellen Song «Reflection» mehr als deutlich, der ausgesprochen ohrfreundlich melancholisch daherkommt und so die Hoffnung schürt, dass die gerade bei Rough Trade erschienene Debüt-EP dieses Niveau halten kann.
