I saw the film Greenberg the other day. There's a scene in which Roger Greenberg (played by Ben Stiller) is talking to his younger would-be paramour, Florence (Greta Gerwig). Vinyl and Vodka

Even though Zooey is just so precious, I was a bit weirded out watching the music video for " In The Sun " by her band She & Him . In this High School Musical/ Glee themed video she skips around a high school, dances with a group of dancers behind her and hula hoops as she tries to grab Matt Ward's attention...and she's way too happy doing it all. The song doesn't really seem to match the video. But we still love her anyways.

For some reason, they have indie credibility, I think because she has cute bangs, and because she is married to the Prince of Indie Music, Benjamin Gibbard. In She & Him's video for "In the Sun", you can tell that they are jonesing for mainstream traction. They utilized several different visual gimmicks to attempt to subconsciously appeal to the mainstream music fan.
