Filed under: News , R.I.P. Hard rock drummer Alex Kirst was killed after being struck in a tragic hit-and-run accident in the Californian desert, according to a report by the Associated Press . Kirst, 47, was struck by either a white Chevrolet Tahoe or else a GMC Yukon according to local authorities, who also stated that there is no evidence that the vehicle ever braked.
