Let's admit it, pop megastar Beyonce's best songs have always been the most energetic. From "Single Ladies" to "Crazy in Love." Hell, even Destiny's Child's best tracks were songs like "Say My Name" and "Jumpin' Jumpin'." It looks like Lady Jigga's new album 4 is going to follow in those same footsteps. With Babyface writing the melody! A massive summer hit that will save the 4 album from potential Bionic -like disaster. The most brilliant line comes at the end of each chorus: "It sucks to be you right now" This song reminds me to post a question: Is there another female superstar who is so tuned into women? Beyonce's whole career is really about channeling female emotion, from sweetness to rage. Think about it.

Before we get into this we must commend Beyoncé for trying to be successful with the leftfield sound of "Run The World (Girls)" and going totally R&B with "1+1." Unfortunately, both tracks from 4 have failed to be mainstream hits. The failure has Beyoncé and her team going back to her ber safe format of radio-friendly, midtempo, R&B/Pop cuts.
