Looks like Nardwaur kept himself busy last week in Austin, Texas. Other than conducting nine interviews, he also had four gigs with his backing band The Evaporators . Hell, Andrew W.K (yes, this guy ) sat in on a few of their shows. Even with his ' Epic Meal Time ' YouTube shorts and his grunge rock band, it is no secret that Nardwaur is best known for the intricate research of his interviewees and outlandish mannerisms. Celebrity interviewer extraordinaire  Nardwuar  made his rounds at SXSW clocking some face time with buzzworthy rappers  Action Bronson  and  A$AP Rocky. For his most recent interview Nardwuar caught up with  Fool's Gold artist  Danny Brown . In the interview Nardwuar chops it up with the Detroit spitter about some of his musical influences, the story behind how he lost his teeth and his love of Faygo and fried pierogies among other topics. "Grown Up" is the new song from Detroit rapper and Soundset 2012 performer Danny Brown, sponsored by Scion/AV. It's about as straightforward of a rap song as you're likely to get from the often zany Brown. The song is oddly cute and uplifting, with Brown rapping about overcoming his tough origins to get where he is today. The system is imperfect, but Danny Brown is proof that it can work. Granted, I remain skpetical that the Silverlakeberg Park axis would have adopted The Hybrid as one of their own had he not pulled a full Skrillex. However, I am happy that they have. Vancouver's quirky and wacky personality Nardwuar the Human Serviette was a busy man during South by Southwest, having found time to charm the pants off A$AP Rocky , Action Bronson and Danny Brown with a slew of random gifts and knowledge that no one else would have been able to get away with. The amount of time I've spent watching Nardwuar interviews over the past couple of days is getting a little ridiculous.
