
We have the sad news to report that Bobby Rogers, a founding member of the Miracles, died Sunday, March 3 following a long battle with diabetes. He was 73. Rogers was a major player in Motown in the '60s and not just for his part in the Miracles, of which Smokey Robinson was most famously a member until he went solo in 1972. Together, Rogers and Robinson wrote a number of hits, including Marvin Gaye's "Ain't That Familiar" and the Temptations' "The Way You Do The Things You Do".
