Another band whose live show is more wildly incredible than the music itself is Les Savy Fav. Don't think that's a knock at Les Savy Fav's musical abilities though- the band's catalogue is a pretty stellar one, made even more stellar with the release of the new album "Let's Stay Friends," which happens to come out today. It's been quite some time since we've had an official album of new material from the band, and hearing this record is like being welcomed back into the arms of an old friend. For the fun-loving falsetto/party-punk part of Let's Stay Friends gem "Patty Lee" (and some of the subsequent descent into creepier corners), this here vid stars but one lovely lass, working a one-chaired (and otherwise bare) stage with some good-for-an-amateur dance action. But the Fav four don't leave it all on Patty Lee(?)'s bare shoulder; with a minute to go, the guys join the fun with some goofy flailing of their own. And, finally, the chair gets put to use.
