So I can compare both version. I think the greatest difference is drums. In live version is dominant and of course the energy from live performance is bigger but both have a psychidelic feeling as if they met Velvet Underground. At their first Austrian performance ever, Radiohead performed new song, "T hese Are My Twisted Words ," a track they leaked to the Internet two weeks ago. The song's noodling guitar lines are performed pretty much exclusively by Yorke and Jonny Greenwood, as guitarist Ed O'Brien, at least in the shots of him here, just stands there trying to look as awesome as possible. This isn't the best Radiohead song ever, but it's certainly not the worst. [ Stereogum ]

Radiohead played their new song 'These Are My Twisted Words' for the first time since its release. The fans in Frequency Festival were so very lucky!

So it was confirmed as a Radiohead song at the start of the week, and now they've performed it live. No 'Wall of Ice' EP yet, though. Still not much of a fan of it. It has an Airbag EP era feel to it, the instrumental two minutes or so is quite enjoyable, nice to hear some reverb drenched guitars coil around each other again, but the song doesn't have the drive to carry on for the five plus minutes it does. Like the Harry Patch tribute, there's a lack of dynamism and Thom's lyrics do feel phoned in. Maybe [...]

This weekend marked the first time Radiohead performed in Austria and the fans at this year's Frequency Festival sure got a special surprise. Here's video of the band performing their newest song ( you know the one that caused quite a stir all across the net ) "These Are My Twisted Words" for the very first time live.
