David Cook will be the musical guest on Saturday Night Live tonight. Ben Affleck will host. Cook will perform songs from his upcoming self-titled album, which hits stores November 18. His appearance tonight will mark the earliest appearance an Idol winner has made on SNL. Clay Aiken, Carrie Underwood and Kelly Clarkson have all made post- Idol appearances on the show.
