MGMT's new album Congratulations is coming out soon. The CD will have a scratch off cover and 32 page booklet. Yes, a scratch off cover! It's hard to sell cd's these days. I'm sure most of MGMT's audience will have a fun time scratching the cd off when they are baked off their ass anyway. watch:
