Keith Olbermann nails how I feel about the California Prop 8 hullabaloo.  I've been pretty critical of marriage as an institution in the past, and I'm still not entirely convinced it's the best model to which the gays should aspire.  Still, I think that, like most things, equality is about having all the options even if you don't personally choose them for yourself. The poem Olbermann references is from the Rubaiyat of Omar Khayyam .
