Video: Rolling Stones - 2000 Light Years From Home

A strange coincidence when you are writing about someone, up against a deadline, and they die. No time to go back and make it a memorial, no point in going forward with what would now be an obsolete piece. A stranger coincidence in that the now never-completed post was to be about a never-completed project of Jean "Moebius" Giraud , the legendarily failed film collaboration with Alejandro Jodorowsky :  Dune . I can't tell you much about this video other than its super psychedelic and appears to be from the time that "2000 Light Years from Home" was made off the Rolling Stones' 1967 opus Their Satanic Majesties Request . Which is not only an awesome album, but also pretty damn game changing, b/c it was the Stones coming out and basically saying: "Yeah, we're down with the Devil." And, I mean, who can argue with Jagger looking like a shaman while the Stones were at their psychedelic peak?
