"Gonna Tell My Baby" from Canadian blues singer Shakura S'Aida's new album, "Brown Sugar," is the steamiest blues tune I expect I'll hear this year. The rest of the album, which includes some nasty blues and funk and some pretty ballads is good, too. Donna Grantis, who plays a smoking guitar and helped S'Aida write most of the songs, deserves a lot of the credit. I'd be happy to buy an album that featured nothing but her instrumentals.
