6º Festival de Cine Africano de Tarifa El FCAT es una buena oportunidad para descubrir el cine africano. Reúne más de cien títulos en su mayoría muy difíciles, por no decir imposibles de ver. Además incluye multitud de actividades paralelas : Debates, exposiciones, teatro, talleres de percusión y danza, marionetas, cuentacuentos, encuentros profesionales, y música.
