
In December 2009 Camp Revival met with artist Cable Griffith in his Ballard home to plan our first frame by frame animation. Outside the setting was gray, cold and lifeless. Inside we were surrounded by warm and spirited landscapes. Beside thick glass pyramids and aerial views, reminiscent of the Nintendo worlds of our childhood, we flipped on our flood lights and soaked the large, blank canvas with white light, which served as the genesis of Cable's painting.
