District 9 Normally once the midway point of August hits I usually set my sights on both the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF.) and the fall movie season in general. This is the time when studios release a bunch of movies, that should have gone straight to video in the first place, in a last ditch attempt for our summer dollars.
