Well, they skipped us over in 2007 in favor of Columbus, but sisters Tegan & Sara are making it up to the Queen City in 2008 with a stop at Bogarts in May of this year. It is a ways out, but gives you plenty of time to familiarize yourself with their excellent album, The Con, if you are not already digging it. I don't love-it-love-it, but I've been listening to it more than anything else - and I think it keeps getting better and better - some of the songs are really catchy.
