The albums first two tracks 'Stay Gold' and 'Hit The Ground (Superman)' are a very strong duo of tracks that help kick off the album. Clearly, director Tim Brown knows the formula for a perfect video: bright colors, split screens, and attractive people making weird faces. Oh, and The Big Pink. The most appropriate adjective I can apply to The Big Pink is "grand". Their catchy pop melodies and hip - hop inspired beats are layered with shoegaze-y feedback. The result is a sound that's huge and intimate at the same time. Like "Hit the Ground (Superman)", their songs are perfectly suited for stadiums and small scale  sing- alongs.
