Brooklyn-based Clare and the Reasons, fronted by collaborators Clare and Olivier Manchon will release their second album, 'Arrow' on February 8 via Fargo Records. Arrow features a special guest appearance from Shara Worden of My Brightest Diamond, and is the followup to their acclaimed debut LP, The Movie.

Clare Manchon's spritely vocals and chamber pop offer the right amount of effervescence. Arrow shoots into the heart with spritely voiced Clare Manchon at the bow. Her husband, Olivier, collaborates with her as well as a cast of characters that includes members of the National, Beirut, and My Brightest Diamond. The various instrumentation (cellos, violins, kazoos, saws, recorders, etc.) does not sound cluttered; instead, it combines a set of precise arrangements and enveloping lyrics.
