Garbage returns with the forthcoming album Not Your Kind of People , which is the first album in seven years from the Madison, Wisconsin alternative rock band. The band has been working on the album since 2010 and has drawn musical influence from a myriad of genres, including The Pretenders , Blondie , and My Bloody Valentine . Garbage officially released their first single in over 7 years over the weekend for their upcoming album Not Your Kind Of People , and now this morning for 1 week only these 90's grunge rockers are offering "Blood For Poppies" as a free download over at their website . The song is definitely an updated and more poppy sound than most will be used to from their earlier stuff and seems to reflect more of their commercially accepted sound of " The World Is Not Enough " and less like the original track " Queer " that [...]
