The wait is over, the elusive Joy Orbison track 'Ellipsis' finally finds it way to the pressing plant. Like Sicko Cell and Swims it has been a long time coming, but it is still very much worth the wait, with its infectious vocal hook and 902s piano riff embellishing a discreetly disguised acid bass line. Ellipsis drops 21st May on Joy and Will Bankheads ' Hinge Finger ' label, and is available for pre-order now via ' The Trilogy Tapes '. Joy O or Joy Orbison , we just don't know anymore. I guess we could so easily compare it to the cliche of Prince, but in this case it actually truly fits. Going from Joy Orbison to Joy O, and now seemingly back again. Anyway, this track here 'Ellipsis' has been leaked for sometime but is only now finally getting a physical release.
