My friend Bill passed this along after I told him about Wire on tour. I don't normally read comments on Youtube, but the ones on DotDash make reference to great songs about trains, including this Magnetic Fields classic and any excuse to post Born on a Train is a good excuse. They also reference this classic Jam track... (back when Weller wasn't too cool for school, apparently.) Of course I couldn't post about trains without including Jens Lekman's Tram #7.
