"What should I be for Halloween? I'm thinking daft punk.. but give me your ideas!!" - Jon Asher Daft Punk likes to play dress up. The Euro electronica duo is basically never seen in public without spaceman helmets clamped to their heads. It's a look that would not be out of place in a sci-fi flick like, say, "Tron Legacy," Disney's mega-budget remake of the 1982 original about artificial intelligence, a computer-generated world and Jeff Bridges in a skin-tight neon suit. Two videos here that feature what is thought to be music from the French demi-gods…
Trailer for the upcoming remake of the 1982 classic TRON. The soundtrack / score will be by Daft Punk . And what might be new Daft Punk music. ENJOY!!!

As reported , the makers of the Tron remake (now called TRON: LEGACY ) tapped robots of Daft Punk to score their forthcoming remake. Either way, the music that played underneath the reveal of the forthcoming sequel's lightcycles is right behind the MORE link. Try to not get any nerdgasm on the furniture, OK? Hailfairy is delighted to report on new Daft Punk material from an incredible viral marketing stunt in San Diego yesterday evening for Disney's upcoming remake of the cult hit TRON . You can read about the viral stunt HERE but in a nutshell it involved a 500 TRON-mad gang going on a treasure hunt in San Diego only to find a complete remake of Flynn's the arcade and its the Space Paranoids game that featured in the first movie. Treasure hunters were then greeted with a secret corridor leading to a life-size remake of the the Lightcycle [...]
