Oh shit, stop the presses! The legendary New Order bassist Peter Hook was busted for faux DJing!!!! At least good ol' Hooky has a sense of humor about it. Apparently an Australian website called him out on pretending to DJ thanks to the discovery of a YouTube clip from the 2006 Parklife tour. Here's a short video showing New Order bassist Peter Hook DJing — or should we say "pretending" to DJ — on MTV Free Your Mind stage at EXIT 2006 . Did you notice what's wrong with his performance? Well.. he's clearly faking it because he didn't even touch the turntables or CDJ's and just keeps turning the effects/volume knobs. He's also about to get a heart attack any minute... Worst.
