Fall is almost upon us, and that means it’s Freefest  time again, this Saturday (9/10) at Merriweather Post Pavilion . The schedule for Freefest was released earlier this week, and we’ve since been plotting, plotting, plotting away, trying to decide which fantastic band would have to be subjugated for yet another fantastic band. I love the Black Keys. How many bands sound this organic and dry on recordings, and get as popular as these guys. The music is not only melodically interesting, rhythmically driven, but also has a playful quality to it. The video I posted is the official music video of their hit, "Tighten Up." Anyway, show these guys some love and buy some music!!!
