Bill Ricchini's recent musical project Summer Fiction have a new video out for the song "Kids In Catalina." The video used footage from the David Hamilton film  Un été à Saint-Tropez and was edited and conceived by Kevin Chia who also did the "Chandeliers" and "Throw Your Arms Around Me" videos. Watch the "Kids In Catalina" video below and download the song. As with the video for "Throw Your Arms Around Me" [which we touted in April ], Summer Fiction appropriates a French film for the imagery accompany the new song "Kids in Catalina." This time it's David Hamilton's dialogue-less "Un été à Saint-Tropez" (1983), as edited by Kevin Chia. The song is off Summer Fiction's debut, and as Los Angeles waits for June gloom to lift and summer to appear, "Kids in Catalina's" obvious Beach Boys obeisance seemed like a moment to share.
