Number 1 in BBC's Sounds of 2011 poll Jessie J has announced her debut Irish show in Dublin's Academy on Thursday April 7th. Tickets for the 'Do It Like A Dude' singer go on sale this Friday, February 4th at 9am priced at €14.50 from Ticketmaster and usual outlets - MCD.ie will have a presale on Wednesday 2nd.

This happens to be my first introduction to Jessie J , and "Do It Like a Dude" (the video above) is likely yours as well. However, she's probably no stranger to your stereo as a songwriter (as a co-writer, she's partially responsible for Miley Cyrus 's "Party in the USA"). We promise that this debut single of her own is much more amazing.

Although "Do It Like A Dude" is Jessie's new single, of more interest is her performance of "Price Tag" on 'Live with Jools Holland' last night. She killed it! Watch Jessie's video for "Do It Like A Dude" below:
