Er is maar bar weinig te vinden over het duo Carousel. Niet veel meer dan hun twitterbio: "Up and coming electro/pop band. We're here to make you dance." Oh, en ze komen dus uit Brooklyn, New York. Om hier toch wat tekst te hebben, kopieer ik maar iets van een andere Wikipediapagina. "Eiersplitser, uit Wikipedia, [...] The post Carousel is up and coming appeared first on Apply Some Pressure .

Following the viral success of "Where Have You Gone," Berklee College Of Music graduates Tyler Cratcha, Jackson Phillips and Kevin Friedman now share the brand-new "Let's Go Home," a gently soothing synth pop number that neatly combines the group's penchant for brightly melodic singer/songwriter pop with heartfelt storytelling. These two key ingredients come tightly wrapped in a deeply athmospheric production that is "as crisp as a freshly ironed shirt," according to a press release.pLook out for the group's forthcoming [...]

World Vegetarian Week this year has been a celebration of beans and cauliflower. In a number of dishes I've actually married the two, some purposefully some...not so much. This dish fit into the latter category. It was originally supposed to be a straight up rendition of The Healthy Foodies' Cauliflower Fritters but that idea crumbled quickly. I managed to make it through the cauliflower part of the recipe unscathed. But the fridge held no carrots or eggs, my cupboard was lacking flaxseed meal and poppy seeds and the spice rack was void of cinnamon. What [...]

It's always surprising when one stumbles upon a great band out of nowhere, but in the case of Brooklynites Carousel [ Website / Facebook ] - again with the Brooklynites! Berklee College Of Music has a bit of previous with regard to spawning successful bands. Passion Pit attended the famous institution, and we would not be at all surprised to see Carousel become their latest famous alumni. Visuals for a brand new track from our guys, Carousel!
A short while ago, Boston's Carousel lit up the Indie Scene with "Where Have You Gone," -- essentially transforming overnight into one of the most talked about new bands of the year, and raising the bar for fellow Indie-Pop competitors of new. Having recently graduated from college, the trio looks to focus everything on their music now -- something that we at EARMILK , among many others, are ecstatic about.
