Just came across the video for Ashes to Ashes via the promo spot for this years Grammys in which Thom Yorke mentions the video as one of his biggest inspirations. Enjoy. It's twisted.

Abbiamo segnalato il singolo "Spiralling" , in download gratuito on line, in attesa del singolo "The Lovers Are Losing", in uscita ufficiale il prossimo 20 ottobre, anche se questo brano, come per magia, è già on line . Ma quando ho ascoltato su Popjustice un altro dei singoli del nuovo album diffusi on line dal titolo "Better Than This", scoprendo che ha dei tratti di chiara somiglianza con un brano di David Bowie del 1980 "Ashes to Ashes", piccolo dramma interiore. During my convalescence over the weekend, I bedded down with the Adult Swim cartoon The Venture Bros. The show, presented in 15 minute slices of absurdity, is the story of a wanna-be super-scientist, his two lame-o adventurer sons and his sickly muscled bodyguard (voiced by Patrick Warburton of every cartoon ever. Oh, and "Seinfeld"). Someone on staff is an insane Bowie fan. Check out the first minute and change of "Ghosts of the Sargasso."
