Chromatics are prepping to release their new album, Kill for Love . They released a cover of Neil Young's Into The Black as a follow-up to title track they revealed in October of last year. It's been five years since Portland electro pop outfit Chromatics put out the excellent Night Drive , and with a new album set for release this year (word is it could be out as early as tomorrow), the group has let loose a cover of Neil Young's "Hey Hey, My My (Into The Black)." I am a huge Neil Young fan. My parents were wise enough to raise me on his music, so I'm always leery of any little whippersnapper band doing a cover of his material. Luckily, The Chromatics are not just some new kids on the scene and properly nailed one of Neil's classics.
