Beat Connection first turned our heads in 2011 with their brilliantly titled EP Surf Noir - eight tracks of ethereal electronic pop with a hedonistic twist. The delightfully young duo Jordan Koplowitz and Reed Juenger had great music with big heart that had us dancing round the office like sketchy ravers in Ibiza. One of our favorite tunes this year and a sure Summer burner has now gotten the visual treatment. Beat Connection 's "The Palace Garden, 4am" Jon Meyer directed clip features the band in their hometown of Seattle spinning through landscapes and a bunch of vibrant colors. Quite the experience and quite artsy if you ask us. The bands debut project Palace Garden is available now.

The breezy, summer dance jam "The Palace, 4 AM" from electro-pop group Beat Connection has finally gotten some visual representation. In this Jon Meyer-directed piece, the band takes us through a glimmering, whirling world of colors and landscapes, from lush green fields to the streets of their hometown, Seattle. Much like the chill, infectious track, the video washes over you and sucks you into its feel-good vibes. Back towards the end of June, I shared two tracks " The Palace Garden, 4AM " and " Lotus Blossom " from Seattle-based electro/pop band The Beat Connection . Those songs went over quite well with my audience here, so when I saw they had a new video out, I knew this would be something to immediately share. Two months ago, this fantastic track by Beat Connection was featured. Now, the video has been revealed. To update, this incredibly insatiable dance-pop tune has received a trippy yet interesting video. The lights and colors dance along with the music, becoming this synesthetic experience. "Palace Garden" is truly a remarkably catchy track. With its synth grooves and heavenly lyrics that "glimmer in the light",  I can only hope and pray that future releases from this Seattle band live up to expectations.
