In a total change of pace from their usual singles, Hot Chip have released the slowed up tune "Look At Where We Are" as their new single off In Our Heads . The video is directed by Danny Perez and impresses me. It's twisted, but it's a great addition to the Hot Chip music video collection. Fittingly enough, the band did enlist Diplo and Major Lazer to remix  this tune. I guess they realized it wasn't their usual uptempo type of sound, so a remix was in order.

Here we have another video for yet another Hot Chip song, and in an almost typical fashion, it's a little odd. For the video for "Look At Where We Are", the band teamed up with the Creators Projects , and the results is the Danny Perez-directed clip where a scientist performs surgery on a girl (who definitely has a bit of Björk about her), who then turns into a model. Frankenstein comparisons are obvious, but that doesn't explain the strawberries. Still, well worth a watch if not just to listen to the wonderful ballad by the band.
