Today I've got a funky new track that really doesn't sound like anything like I've posted on the site, and you know that's my favorite stuff to post. It's from Flosstradamus, the Chicago based group who we sponsored a concert in Denver a few months back, and featured their remix, they were real nice guys and through down a sick set. I first came across Flosstradamus ' "Total Recall" a few months back around the same time that I posted my  Top fifty electronic albums of 2011 . Ok, that's a bit of a lie. I didn't exactly "come across" it per se. Truth is, a buddy of mine showed me the video for "Total Recall" after he had a look through my top 50 albums and found that there was not nearly enough "fist pumping". Flosstradamus has released their Total Recall EP today via the Mad Decent imprint Jeffree. This three track release can be streamed/downloaded here for free . This is the duo's follow-up to last November's Jubilation .

Flosstradamus are back. Armed with a new EP out on Mad Decent 's ' Jeffree's ' imprint, the duo are prepared to create some serious waves in the electronic music scene. The title track of this EP 'Total Recall' is both hard as fuck and quite beautiful. The drummer boy style beat with the incredibly haunting female vocals layered over the top backed up with a winding bass make this one of our favourite releases of 2012 so far. A dupla de djs, Autobot (Curt Cameruci). e J2K (Josh Young), de Chicago, que dá pelo nome de Flosstradamus, que nos chegaram, pela primeira vez, com entusiasmo com um tema adocicado pela voz de Caroline Polachek (dos Chairlift) em 2008, com o tema "Big Bills", via a lisboeta rádio Radar, apresentam um novo tema (com download grátis - ver abaixo) acompanhado por um vídeo com a realização de Thunderhorse. Convém recordar que a mais recente edição dos Flosstradamus foi o EP "Jubilation".

I'm not going to say I wasted four minutes of my life, but with the title of "Total Recall", a few three-boob shots would've been nice.
