Since the summer started I've been listening to a lot of Grace Potter and The Nocturnals. At some points I hear a lot of the North Mississippi All Stars but just with Grace on vocals. It's too bad she didnt visit the lovely state of Wisco this year as her closest appearance took place tonight in Rock Island,IL. With that, I leave you with her performance of "Nothing But The Water" from the Boston Music Awards.

I first heard Grace Potter and The Nocturnals two weeks ago, and now I just can’t get enough. Mixing funk and blues, Potter and her band play timeless music with passion and prowess that’s well beyond their years.
