Tom Haines (The Leisure Society, White Denim, Tunng etc) has put together a corker of a video for 'Money And Run' by UNKLE (feat. Nick Cave). It contains a fair amount of violence and nudity, so if you're at work and your boss is sat behind you, don't press play. Unless of course they like like violence and nudity, in which case, go ahead! It might do wonders for your career.

Taken from UNKLE's Only The Lonely EP , 'Money and Run' opens the record with the raucous vocals of Nick Cave and electrifying nuggets of rock guitar. The video is a disturbing film by Tom Haines following a seemingly privileged mob on a torturing and tormenting campaign. Not at all suitable for work.

This unlikely collaboration between James Lavelle's UNKLE project and Nick Cave emerged a while back, but now it's been given this high concept (and distinctly NSFW) video. Cave's vocals don't make for an easy match for the band's sound, but UNKLE has always been about working around awkward juxtapositions in styles. The clip follows a bunch of wealthy businessmen during their leisure time, which quickly devolves into violence and misogyny in some kind of unholy marriage of Funny Games and Straw Dogs . Check out this entertaining new video from UNKLE and Nick Cave's collaboration for the track, "Money & Run". The video is a fun watch but also NSFW as it sees some powerful men, i.e. bankers/politicians whatever they are, partaking in their daily lives. You know, golf and tennis, the daily sports of the rich and wealthy. Director Tom Haines however turns them into nasty, cruel characters beating up youths and throwing them into the back of a car and generally getting away with whatever they like due to their status.
