It had actually fallen of my radar for a very long time after initially reading about it's early development and swirls of rumors that Jude Law was to portray Ian Curtis . My taste for musical biopics is definitely soured now and with it's continued popularity over the years, I really wonder how much I want to watch these depictions of troubled musicians anymore. [...]
Yea, you heard right. They've made a movie about Ian Curtis from Joy Division. This potentially could be horrible. But as you'll see below, Photographer Anton Corbijn's first feature full-length (written by Curtis' wife) looks absolutely fucking amazing.
