//major lazer - get free ft. amber This new Major Lazer track (off the new album Free The Universe ) is killing me right now. Stolen right off the lead track on the next mixtrade (sorry Adam), this has been on repeat all day. Amber Coffman of the Dirty Projectors floats all over this song nailing every note exactly where it should fall. Diplo can be super annoying but I'll put up with him as long as he keeps breaking music like this.

The video for 'Get Free', the first single off Diplo's upcoming album 'Free the Universe' (due Nov 6), is a candid look at Jamaica as shot by SoMe. For me, no track is more clearly 'the anthem' of summer 2012. No related posts.

Mas vale tarde que nunca. Sobre todo porque seguramente será uno de los mejores singles de este 2012. Es difícil que saber de esperar del resto de lo nuevo de Major Lazer , pero esta colaboración con Amber de Dirty Projectors sin lugar a dudas dejo a todos atentos de lo que puede generarse ahí. Esperemos que ustedes disfruten esta canción tanto como nosotros.

There's always a few songs that stand out every summer enough to be called anthems. I suppose it all depends on the individual, but for me, "Get Free" worked as well as anything out there for setting the vibe, from poolside to beachside, at home and on the road.
