
With Furthur having just wrapped its own festival and heading out for plenty of summer fun, here's an appraisal of the past 15-or-so years of Phil Lesh-anchored bands: some justifiably great, others a real stretch for decency. This is a weird little tidbit of music that I've been hoarding for a couple of years. I thought I'd share it, because, well, I'm on a bit of a "Dead" streak, and what good is music if you can't share it with people who love, and live, music, right??? The Grateful Dead rolled into Foxboro, Mass on July 2nd, 1989 to start the '89 Summer Tour.
