Not that many musical guests popping up on American shows this week as most are on re-run status. Not the Ellen Degeneres though. Working gal that one. And yesterday she invited the SARA BAREILLES to pop along to her HQs, with guitar and backing band, and to perform LET THE RAIN .

The talented singer/songwriter performed a hit from her new album, "Kaleidoscope Heart," and told Ellen about the documentary she filmed while volunteering in Japan.
